Program Description

30/30 is a balanced 60-minute class that combines 30 minutes of Mat Pilates-inspired core training with 30 minutes of cardio, conditioning, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). 


This format is designed to maximize your time by building strength, improving mobility, and elevating conditioning in one efficient session.
