HYROX is a global fitness competition that combines running and functional workout stations in a challenging yet accessible race format. Participants complete a sequence of 1 km runs followed by a workout station, repeated eight times. At Forge Fitness, we’re integrating HYROX-specific programming to support athletes aiming to excel in HYROX events, enhance their overall fitness, or simply change up their routine 1-2 times a week.
